Philosopy of Ministry

Building Bridges is multifaceted mission ministry with God’s resources, located in Kharkiv, Ukraine. The concept of the ministry was born out of more than ten years of experience in ministry work in Ukraine and abroad.
The goal of Building Bridges is to inspire movement, help people move with God and live life with the purpose. We partner with churches, missions and organizations to establish the presence of God’s Kingdom in this generation.

Hoover Dam bridge

Bridges are unique structures in many ways. They can be very simple and they can be amazingly complex (ex. Hoover Dam), constructed out of resources at hand or from the very expensive materials, made with calculation or  without, temporary or permanent. In any case building a bridge requires time and effort. Therefore Building Bridges resembles  HUGE TASK.

Thus the mission ministry of Building Bridges includes:

Helping people connect
Bridge needs a solid foundation to be able to serve its purpose. Bible as a word of God provides a reliable foundation for further development and progress in Christian walk. This is the first building block of our construction.

Understanding people’s needs

Understanding people’s needs is the second important building block of our construction. This is other side of the bank where we want to connect. We need to know it, explore and study to lay down the second important building block. Young and old people, married and not married, with children or without, healthy or not have very different needs.

Getting people involved

When people see purpose of connection and welcome it our next effort should be in helping them think biblically as they interrelate with one another becoming part of the movement.

Establish people’s integrity

The good sign of connection is emotions of people. We need to keep it always in mind and not allow ourselves to exclude this factor. The whole construction will be very week if we do not pay attention to it. We do our best to lead people to integrity and wholeness in Christ.

Trust God 

As we grow with people in integrity in Christ we trust God and His Holy Spirit as our internal teacher. We communicate and pray.

Anticipate people’s dynamic  

When we progress in Building Bridges we need to anticipate people’s dynamic and provide teaching, training and equipping.

See people’s growth

As we observe our growth we praise God, give Him Glory and Honor, worship, fellowship and celebrate with people keeping in touch with the main Architect.

As we stay in touch with the main Architect we ask for vision and guidance for the next project.
